【Position Title】 Full-Time Research Assistant (Master’s Degree)

【Job Description】 
1. Collaborate with clinical physicians to discuss patient conditions, collect blood samples, and perform immune cell and plasma separation. 
2. Learn and conduct laboratory techniques in immunology and molecular biology, cell culture, and antibody characterization (ELISA, Western Blot, Flow Cytometry). 
 
This position provides hands-on experience in immunology, biologics, and cell transplantation techniques. You will have the opportunity to receive mentorship from senior lab members and participate in ongoing training such as academic lectures and instrument workshops. 
Research assistants will be credited as co-authors on publications based on their contributions. 
 
【Qualifications】 
* Master’s degree in biomedical-related fields from an accredited domestic or international institution 
* Willing to commit to at least one year 
Preferred (not mandatory): 
* Background in immunology 
* Experience in cell culture 
【Salary & Benefits】 
Based on the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) & Chang Gung Memorial Hospital salary scale for full-time research assistants 
(NT\$41,500/month for master’s degree holders in the first year)
